ReNamer 5.4 seems to be an interesting way of renaming your files. The application allows you to carry out lots of actions for you. You can rename files in so many different ways. For example, you can grab a bunch of files and add a letter to them all. You can also add a sequence of numbers to your files. If you want to change the extensions of many files, simply select them and tell ReNamer what the new extension will be. ReNamer is also really customizable. You can even give it your own code and the application will carry out the actions for you. You need to know how to code though. I like this application simply for renaming a lot of files. When you take a bunch of pictures, you can simply grab them all and name them Vacations at Hawaii. That way, you will remember where they were taken. Also, you can do the basic. You can add prefixes and suffices to all your files in a sequence. If you usually need to rename lots of files, then you need an application like this. ReNamer 5.4 is fast, complete and gets the job done. |
